HR Coordinator

Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home)

Availability Required: Must be available for collaboration during European and US time zones.

Working Hours: Flexible (No fixed shift timings)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique remote opportunity that blends hands-on coordination with team leadership responsibilities. You will be the central pillar for our HR functions, ensuring the efficiency of our HR team and the seamless execution of global recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate is an intellectual, thoughtful individual with a positive mindset, exceptional people skills, and a passion for fostering a productive and aligned work environment across different departments and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR members.
  • Train and onboard new hires into the HR department.
  • Monitor team efficiency and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and check-ins.
  • Manage end-to-end global recruitment processes.
  • Partner with department heads to maintain optimal team staffing levels.
  • Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies.
  • Oversee seamless employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and reports in the MIS.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Head for strategy alignment and improvements.
  • Analyze team dynamics to improve integration and resolve conflict.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an HR role.
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, or an equivalent field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good leadership and team management abilities
  • Keen personality and team dynamics analysis
  • Strategic and thoughtful problem-solving approach
  • Positive mindset with strong learning agility
  • Proven ability to accept and overcome challenges
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
  • Tech-savvy with HR software and remote collaboration tools
