The Sales Promoter plays a crucial role in promoting and selling FMCG products within the retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating brand awareness, engaging with customers, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. The role involves proactive customer interaction, product demonstrations, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Product Promotion:
- Actively engage with customers to promote food and beverage products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the quality and unique features of our offerings.
- Educate customers on the various flavors, ingredients, and benefits of our products.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product positioning.
- Sales Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and report regularly on sales performance.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure attractive and organized product displays to capture customer attention.
- Collaborate with store staff to maintain an appealing and brand-consistent retail space.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the Sales Manager regarding market dynamics and customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
