Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a lead generation specialist who will be responsible for generating leads and developing new business opportunities. This position will be responsible to develop, implement and maintain lead generation strategies that are consistent with the company’s core values of integrity, honesty, respect, accountability, transparency and excellence in all aspects of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring campaigns using campaign management tools
- Analysing data generated using campaign tool
- Generate leads through the digital campaigns
- Identifying, configuring and managing the best/ most appropriate integrated campaign tool based on the requirement to run and manage ongoing campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Managing the media spends across all platforms
- Finding out the various trends as well as insights and optimising the expenditure and performance based on this data
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns; including SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Planning, executing and measuring the experiment and conversions tests
- Using good analytical abilities to calculate and assess the customers experience across a large number of channels and identify the customer touch points.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- Experience working within the marketing industry is preferred
